Cut out to be a universal fashion designer, Nes Mesk (Ms Nesryne Meskoune), born in the late 70s in Marrakesh, has grown up in several cities across the world and gone against currents of conformity before getting to her fashion shore.
From Paris on fashion holidays to Los Angeles where she got her BA degree, to Milan and Florence where she sharpened her pattern making skills, Nes has decided on settling down, half a year in Barcelona, the other in Marrakesh.
She’s now realizing her long awaited Unisex Caftan Kimono. Her Kimono Therapy collection has recently been designed ‘just because everybody needs some CK in their lives.’
Throughout adolescence, her experimental clothing styles made her notorious either for colossal fashion faux-pas or meticulous looks.
She then opened her renowned boutique ‘Mysha & Nito’ in Marrakesh city center to become the pole of customized caftans, music festival outfits and ceremonial wedding dresses. Her Haute Couture collections are famous for luscious fabric, hand-made embroidery and unique physiognomy touch.
Nes Mesk philosophy revolves around eco-friendly material, associative artisans’ involvement and the passion of putting ‘a piece of me on everybody.’
Her pulse to fuse Moorish heritage with modern art vision has urged Nes Mesk to launch this season’s Kimono Therapy, featuring her talented collage princess friend Ilde de Munck, for world electro events, beach wear, lingerie and wellbeing lifestyles.
